Community mental health check-in program

Cultivate a culture of joy, appreciation, and support with regular wellness engagement and accessible tools for thriving.

GetSomeJoy’s Community Mental Health Check-In Program offer casual, joy-infused monthly or quarterly wellness forums with space to practice mindfulness, celebrate wins and acknowledge challenges, tap into creativity, and collaborate on wellness tools that support your entire community.

These virtual or in-person sessions offer team members, caregivers, leaders, learners, or clients a chance to take off their superhero capes, acknowledge what's going well and not so well, and tap into joy and creativity.

During these scheduled touch points, attendees will:

  • take a moment to breathe a

  • celebrate themselves, 

  • unpack victories and challenges,  

  • share about things impacting their or everyone’s life, safety, morale, etc., and

  • prioritize joy and wellbeing.

Attendees will be able to share and hear personal experiences and coping strategies, and collaborate on tools for thriving using GetSomeJoy’s creative wellness frameworks.

Each session lasts 30 to 60 minutes

Spreading joy @ NMAC’s regional cbo leadership summit series

In the fall of 2025, GetSomeJoy launched a partnership with NMAC, a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS, to bring sustainable creative wellness strategies and joy to their regional CBO leadership conference series in Houston, Oakland, Philadelphia, and Detroit.

JOY-INFUSED PROGRAMS
