GETSOMEJOY@SCHOOL WRITING SESSIONS
When did you feel the most joy last year? How has learning or educating in a pandemic impacted your mental health? What are you looking forward to this school year?
In these Back to School Editions of our Literary Therapy for Students and Literary Therapy for Educators + Administrators, we’ll use mindfulness exercises, creative writing activities, music, and group discussions to explore mental health and wellness for those working in dynamic learning environments.
Attendees will cultivate and share strategies for coping, thriving, celebrating themselves, managing anxiety, and finding joy. Attendees receive a GetSomeJoy Wellness Resource Newsletter and a digital Literary Therapy Exploration Workbook with additional grounding, reflection, exploration, and creation activities, space to draw and take notes, and more tools for thriving.
