Show love with food-based rituals. Did MeeMaw always eat breakfast on the porch, out of a bedazzled bowl, alongside tea (with two sugars) she stirred counter-clockwise and sipped from a special mug, or with gospel playing? Incorporate a few familiar love-infused habits into your day or week.
