6600 griefKits

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

3 months of peer support groups

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sounds like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

CONTRIBUTE TO COMMUNITY COMFORT + JOY

What is the griefKit?

Released in November 2022, four months after the dealth of Edilma Hardy, mother of GetSomeJoy co-founder Alex Hardy, griefKit: Crowdsourced tools and considerations for raggedy times is a digital and printed multimedia tool for moving through all kinds of loss and devastating transition.

The vibrant creative wellness guide has articles, essays, books, communities, poetry, podcasts, movement, music, recipes, reflections, and toolkits, with space to add your own resources, take notes, color, draw, and more.

What are peer support groups?

GetSomeJoy’s Peer Support Groups are free, peer-led spaces for adults with experiences navigating mental health or substance use challenges. The virtual groups launched in March 2025 and take place biweekly on Sundays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm ET.

Attendees can connect with others who understand, receive support and accountability, discuss coping + creative wellness strategies, and offer each other hope.
