Peer Support (w/ Charm)

GetSomeJoy’s Peer Support Groups are free, peer-led spaces for adults looking to achieve or maintain mental/emotional wellness, and overcome challenges with resilience tools and community support.

This group occurs biweekly on Sundays @ 3:30 PDT/6:30 EDT.

Attendees can connect with others who understand, receive support and accountability, discuss coping + creative wellness strategies, and offer each other hope.

GetSomeJoy has hosted over 250 Community Mental Health Check-Ins via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Spaces, Zoom, and in-person since 2018, providing welcoming space to discuss one's experiences + celebrate oneself, connect with caring folks who care, and access resources. This Peer Support Group Program is an expansion of that trusted offering.
